Rescue Background Story

Storm’s first home became dangerous when an older Basset Hound repeatedly tried to attack and harm him. The situation became increasingly unsafe, and it was clear that he needed to be removed from that environment in order to survive.

The sanctuary stepped in and provided Storm with a safe place to recover. With patient care, veterinary support, and a stable environment, he slowly regained confidence and comfort. Today, Storm enjoys companionship with the sanctuary team and spends much of his time near the people who care for him.
