Rescue Background Story

Dolly was abandoned after being released from her original property and left alone in an empty pen on the side of the road.

At the sanctuary she joined a herd of miniature donkeys who helped her regain confidence and become a friendly and social animal.

Daily Care & Feeding Details

Morning Feeding

Time: 6 AM

Feed Mix:

24‑hour pasture grazing; when grass is limited the diet is supplemented with hay and a small portion of pelleted horse feed. Treats include Knicker Makers, apples, and carrots.

Evening Feeding

Time: 6 PM

Feed Mix:

Fencing & Enclosure

Dolly shares pasture space with Jenny, Charlie, and Bella.
